Ajrakh block printing traces its roots to the earliest settlements along the Indus River. These fabrics are typically made with all natural dyes, with indigo and madder used the most frequently. Deeply influenced by Mughal designs, there's a strong sense of geometry in the patterns. Due to the rich, natural coloring and skillful application of block print, Ajrakh is highly valued to this day!

This pillow is hand-stiched from hand block printed fabric. It measures approximately 16 x 16 inches, with a high quality down-alternative removable filler. 100% cotton, from India. 

This item is handmade, with vintage, hand printed, hand woven, and/or hand dyed fabric. There will be slight differences, and tiny flaws that would not appear on a mass produced item.
